Niamh Burn has been a chartered physiotherapist since 2003. She established Maternity Physio around 10 years ago, after experiencing some pelvic pain during her first pregnancy. She realised how difficult it is to find help out there fast! She did some research, training and established techniques and exercises that really help and soon realised that it is not “normal” to have persistent pain in pregnancy and it is not something you have to endure. After having 3 children, Niamh knows first hand about the importance of being strong for motherhood and enjoys helping mums focus on postnatal weakness, pelvic floor issues like prolapse and leakage, as well as diastasis recti. She is skilled in the assessment and treatment of obstetric and postnatal musculoskeletal problems (and has many tricks up her sleeve to help get women on the road to recovery). She is also very passionate about helping women get back to doing what they love in a safe and effective way after having a baby.
Mum of two Billie Woodcraft has been a massage therapist and yoga instructor for nearly 10 years. Since having children she’s decided to specialise in mum and baby health and wellbeing. She is also a qualified NCT breastfeeding counsellor. Whilst on maternity leave last year, Billie decided to set up Mojo Yard, which brings together yoga, massage and support for new parents. She currently runs pregnancy yoga , mum and baby yoga, and baby massage classes and will be launching more workshops over the coming months.
